The best shopping destinations in Anne Arundel County

Anne Arundel County is teeming with
shopping options. Here is a sampling of
places around the county:
ANNAPOLIS TOWN CENTER
Located in Parole, the Annapolis Town
Center offers an array of shopping, dining
and services, featuring Target and a
wide selection of fast, casual and dine-in
restaurants, several of which offer carryout and delivery.
Annapolis Town Center also offers
several clothing boutiques, including
Kendra Scott, J. Jill, and Anthropologie.

ARUNDEL MILLS MALL
Arundel Mills Mall continues to grow
with Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland and
its lavish hotel and restaurants. The mall
celebrated its 25th year in June.
It’s the largest mall in Maryland, with
more than 200 stores and restaurants,
including Adidas, Hollister Co., The
North Face, Akira and Vera Bradley.
Located in Hanover, it has leaned into
family entertainment with places like
Medieval Times, the Cinemark Egyptian
24 movie theater and Dave & Buster’s.

WAUGH CHAPEL
Crofton and Gambrills are known
for their neighboring shopping centers,
Waugh Chapel Towne Centre and The
Village at Waugh Chapel. The centers
sprawl along Crain Highway with two
grocery stores, Safeway and Wegmans,
and numerous chain restaurants, plus
Target, Home Goods, Bath & Body Works
and more. A Ross opened there in July.
The Regal Waugh Chapel & IMAX
theater complex makes the area ideal for
dinner and a movie.

MAIN STREET IN DOWNTOWN
ANNAPOLIS
Main Street is a mix of history, food,
fashion and touristy gifts. Located near
the water, this street is the center for
all things Annapolis. With numerous

Expand your palate at the Spice & Tea

MARYLAND AVENUE IN
DOWNTOWN ANNAPOLIS
With more than a dozen specialty
stores lining the stretch, Maryland
Avenue is the place for distinct shopping.
Just a short walk from the Maryland
State House in downtown Annapolis, the
shopping area is centrally located.
Get a blast from the past at Evergreen
Antiques and True Vintage, or dive
into an array of record crates and other
musical items at KA-CHUNK!! Records.
Annebeth’s is the place to get specialty
foods, beverages and gift baskets. Enjoy
a lavender latte and find the latest reads
at Old Fox Books & Coffeehouse, where a
suit of armor bearing a basket of flowers guards the peaceful deck and garden
area.

ANNAPOLIS MALL
The Annapolis Mall, which was
acquired from Westfield by Texas-based
real estate company Centennial last year,
still has plenty of luxury options — Tumi,
Free People, and Michael Kors — as well
as mall classics like Macy’s. It has an
AMC movie theater, as well as a growing
list of entertainment options.
The mall recently welcomed a Pollo
Campero, and a Cracker Barrel is set to
open nearby later this year.

ANNAPOLIS HARBOUR CENTER
The Annapolis Harbour Center
includes a Barnes & Noble, The Fresh
Market, Nordstrom Rack, and soon Call
Your Mother Deli.
The Pennsylvania Dutch Farmers
Market is a highlight of the center, offering a mix of national-brand shopping,
specialty foods and entertainment. The
majority of the products are made in
Lancaster County using Amish recipes.
The market has fresh produce, a variety of salads, a candy store, homemade
snacks, desserts, cheeses, chemical-free
meats, barbecued and fried chicken,
foods in bulk and ice cream.
