SERVICES
The Commission is led by a Chair with assistance from
a Vice-Chair and numerous committees and area and
special interest representatives.
The Commission meets on the fourth Wednesday
of every month at 10:00 a.m. (January, March, May,
July, September, and November). COAD’s meetings
are open to the public. Meeting agendas are posted
on the County’s website. To be added to the email
distribution list or to learn more about the Carroll
County Commission on Aging & Disabilities—including
opportunities to serve—please contact the Division of
