JUNE 21-22 Celebrate Black
history and freedom at the
Annapolis Juneteenth Parade
& Festival. The festival honors
the emancipation of the last
enslaved Africans in the United
States in 1865. Enjoy live music,
food and drinks and fireworks.
The Juneteenth Gala Dinner at
the DoubleTree by Hilton, 210
Holiday Court, Annapolis and
starts at 6 p.m. on June 21. The

parade starts at noon and the
festival at 2 p.m. on June 22. Tickets must be purchased online
for the dinner. The parade and

Bridge will be closed from 6 p.m.
